Respiratory - Pulmonary heart disease

Pulmonary heart disease refers to diseases in which pulmonary vascular resistance increases due to broncho-pulmonary tissue, thoracic or pulmonary vascular disease, resulting in pulmonary hypertension, and then the right ventricular structure and (or) function changes. According to the onset and duration of the disease, it can be divided into acute and chronic cor pulmonale. The latter are more common in clinical practice.
