Blood System - Leukemia

Leukemia is a type of hematopoietic stem cell malignant clonal disease. Because of uncontrolled proliferation, dysplasia and apoptosis, clonal leukemia cells proliferate and accumulate in bone marrow and other hematopoietic tissues in a large amount and infiltrate other non-hematopoietic tissues and organs and inhibit normal hematopoietic function. Different levels of clinical anemia, bleeding, fever and infection of the liver, spleen, lymph nodes and bone pain. It is reported that the incidence of leukemia in various regions of China accounted for the sixth in a variety of tumors.
